As many of you know DNN version 9 was released on December 8th, 2016 and the host and admin control panel have quite a different look and feel.  This new control bar is called the Persona Bar, and contains most all of the features that you had in the the CONTROLBAR or RIBBONBAR.  For your reference DNN Corp has a good article mapping where items were located in the old toolbar to the new toolbar.
